End User Agreement (EULA) – Krokhol Disc Golf Course
Ved bruk av Krokhol Disc Golf Course («banen») godtar du følgende vilkår:
1. Tilgang og booking
Spillere må reservere starttid via godkjent bookingsystem. Bruk av banen kan være avgiftsbelagt i visse tidsrom, og gratis i andre, i henhold til gjeldende priser og tider.
2. Betaling og avbestilling
Eventuelle avgifter må betales før spill. Avbestilling og endringer må gjøres innen fastsatte frister i bookingsystemet.
3. Ansvar og risiko All bruk av banen skjer på eget ansvar. Krokhol Disc Golf Course og tilknyttede parter fraskriver seg ansvar for personskade, tap eller skade på eiendom.
4. Regler og atferd
Spillere skal følge: – Gjeldende baneregler og sikkerhetsanvisninger – Vanlig diskgolf-etikette og hensyn til andre spillere – Instruksjoner fra funksjonærer og banens eier Brudd på regler kan medføre bortvisning uten refusjon.
5. Sikkerhet og baneområder
Banen inneholder naturlige hindringer, høydeforskjeller og vannhindre. Spillere er selv ansvarlige for å vurdere risiko og opptre forsvarlig.
6. Immaterielle rettigheter
Alt innhold knyttet til bookingløsninger, apper og digitale tjenester tilhører Krokhol Disc Golf Course eller deres partnere og kan ikke kopieres eller misbrukes.
7. Personvern (GDPR)
Krokhol Disc Golf Course behandler personopplysninger i samsvar med EUs personvernforordning (GDPR) og gjeldende norsk personvernlovgivning. Personopplysninger som samles inn via bookingsystemer, betaling eller annen bruk av digitale tjenester benyttes til å administrere tilgang til banen, oppfylle avtaler og informere spillere om relevante forhold, inkludert fordeler, tilbud eller endringer knyttet til bruk av banen. Opplysningene deles ikke med tredjepart utover det som er nødvendig for drift av tjenesten eller der det foreligger rettslig grunnlag. Brukere har rett til innsyn, retting og sletting av egne personopplysninger i henhold til gjeldende regelverk.
8. Endringer
Krokhol Disc Golf Course forbeholder seg retten til å endre disse vilkårene, priser og åpningstider uten forvarsel

By using Krokhol Disc Golf Course (the “Course”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Access and Booking
Players must reserve a tee time through an approved booking system. Use of the Course may be subject to a fee during certain periods and free of charge during others, in accordance with applicable prices and time slots.
2. Payment and Cancellation
Any applicable fees must be paid prior to play. Cancellations and changes must be made within the time limits specified in the booking system.
3. Liability and Risk
Use of the Course is at your own risk. Krokhol Disc Golf Course and its affiliated parties disclaim any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
4. Rules and Conduct
Players must comply with:
– Applicable course rules and safety instructions
– Standard disc golf etiquette and consideration for other players
– Instructions from course officials and the course owner
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the Course without refund.
5. Safety and Course Areas
The Course includes natural obstacles, elevation changes, and water hazards. Players are responsible for assessing risks and acting in a safe and responsible manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content related to booking solutions, applications, and digital services is the property of Krokhol Disc Golf Course or its partners and may not be copied or misused.
7. Privacy (GDPR)
Krokhol Disc Golf Course processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Norwegian data protection legislation. Personal data collected through booking systems, payment solutions, or other digital services is used to administer access to the Course, fulfill contractual obligations, and inform players about relevant matters, including benefits, offers, or changes related to use of the Course. Personal data is not shared with third parties except where necessary for the operation of the service or where there is a legal basis to do so. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Amendments
Krokhol Disc Golf Course reserves the right to amend these terms, prices, and opening hours without prior notice.
